TCA: Yumi Kurosawa

Edit* I've changed the things I was told to change. I looked up this Mizore person and it turns out my character actually looks EXTREMELY similar. I had no idea and I'm sorry. I know she may look like her but I'm not going to change my appearance. All my OC's always had blue eyes and lavender colored hair and I'm not going to change it just because it looks like some other character. I hate getting framed for something I've always used.

Yumi's familiar is her grandmother's. Yumi always thought that it was a normal pet bunny, but as she grew older she wondered how long a lifespan of a bunny actually could last?! Ignoring that thought she just lived with the fact that Yoru was either a demon, or just an invincible bunny. On the night of her family's death, Yumi saw Yoru's true form. It grew over 6 feet tall, eyes blood red, fangs that could cut human flesh with just a single nibble, and the fluffiest looking tail in the world! Yoru only goes into his true form when danger lurks. Yoru's eyes only turn red when he's angered or in a battle. But he's always so cute and cuddly!
Yumi's grandmother gave her Yoru as a farewell gift just before she left to attend the academy.

Always chewing bubble gum. (The glucose within it keeps her body hydrated and replenished)

Personality:
She's always positive about things no matter how bad a situation turns. Although she has an attention span of a peanut, she's able to track down a demon or criminal with ease. She's very jumpy and her definition of "hug" is running from a distance and pouncing on the person's back or front side. She's always energetic and it seems as if she has an unlimited amount of stamina. She loves the center of attention, which usually leads her to joke around or play pranks on other people. She seems like the "moe" type, but don't let that deceive you! When she's fighting a demon or on a mission she becomes more serious.

Background:
Yumi could always see demons when she was little. She started to see demons at the age of 5. Her grandma was a retired exorcist. Yumi believed that she can only see them because her grandma used to be an exorcist. Keeping her secret about demons away from her parents, she used to always talk to her grandma about the types of demons in this world, which ones where the strongest, and so forth.Yumi had a lot of fun spending time with her grandma. When Yumi was 13 a demon murdered her family. Her grandma and her familiar Yoru were able to defeat the demon, but her grandma was severely injured. Yumi managed to get her to a hospital just in time. Yumi received scars all over her arms. These scars remind her of what happened the night when the demon attacked. She vowed to become an exorcist to prevent demons from ruining innocent lives just as the demon that attacked her that night did. After her grandma was released from the hospital, they lived together in a small cottage up in the mountains. There Yumi begged her grandma to teach her the way of the exorcist. Reluctantly her grandma helped her train. And 2 years later, she got accepted into the Japan Branch of True Cross Academy.
